Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully repack your unused wallpaper in its original moisture-wicking sleeve and sturdy shipping box to ensure it arrives back to us in pristine condition.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned rolls, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
